PSURs: The form for submitting PSURs has been changed

The  Form for submission of PSURs (file size: 264 KB) for submitting PSURs has been changed. The updated form contains more precise questions with regard to work-sharing data and the list of medicinal products is again available as an attached rtf document, so that the previously requested EXCEL list is no longer necessary. From now on please only use this rtf form when submitting PSURs (last update: 24 August 2010)."
