The annual TOPRA Symposium is aimed at professionals working in the field of regulatory affairs for medicinal products and medical devices, as well as experts from related disciplines. This international conference brings together participants from regulatory authorities, industry, science and academia, providing a platform for in-depth discussion of current regulatory developments in Germany and across Europe.

The 2025 Symposium in Berlin is hosted by TOPRA in partnership with the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM), the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut – Federal Institute for Vaccines and Biomedicines (PEI), and the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety (BVL).

Prof. Dr. Karl. Broich, President of BfArM, will officially open the symposium on 29 September 2025 at 11:45 a.m., together with Prof. (apl.) Dr. Stefan Vieths, President of PEI, and Dr. Samantha Atkinson, CEO of TOPRA.
