Advanced Sterilization Products has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a new checklist that should be used to provide verification of the proper use and fitting of the STERRAD Boosters and Adapters before and after the STERRAD sterilization cycle. The Boosters and Adapters are intended for single use and designed to deliver hydrogen peroxide into interior of long narrow lumens of medical devices.
