GE Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems Discovery MR450 / MR750, Optima MR450w / MR360, Brivo MR355, Signa HDxt / Vibrant / HDi / HDe 1.5T, Ovation HD and Profile HD. A software update shall prevent that reformatted images from sagittal 3D series may display a left-to-right image flip and that the acquired sagittal images may be annotated with left-right location annotation reversed.
