Wiliam Cook Europe informed, that the COOK Endrys Coaxial Transseptal Left Heart Access Needle (product reference TSN-17-75.0-ENDRYS) should not be used with the Mullins introducer (product reference RCFW-8.0-38-63-RB-MTS). If the products are used together, the needle could damage the dilator material and thereby increasing the risk of damaging the vessel or the heart.
