Smith Medical MD, Inc. recalls several Deltec Administrations Sets products lot numbers and product codes in the EU. In Germany, the 8C820 Deltec, article no. 21 0346 25 is affected, lot numbers FEB04TXX, MAR04TXX, APR04TXX, AUG04T34, AUG04T35 and AUG04T36. By application of theses products, it might come to miss- or overinfusion. The recall is identical with that reported by the MHRA, MDA/2004/053.
