The company Arcomed AG initiated a corrective action on volumetric infusion pumps Volumed μVP7000. Under certain circumstances “wet bubbles” can be created in the pump. This condition could prevent the correct air in line detection. As a corrective measure all air detectors will be fitted out with an adapter to avoid the creation of “wet bubbles”.
