The company Fresenius Kabi notified in a Safety Notification to users of measures when installing the giving set to an Enteral Nutrition Pump APPLIX Smart/Vision. The manufacturer determined a risk of non-opening of the clamp after the pump door has been closed. As a result patients could not receive their nutrition fluid.
