Fresenius Kabi informs on a software anomaly of Injectomat TIVA Agilia Syringe Pump.
An unexpected bolus of 5ml was delivered during an anaesthesia in Target Controlled Infusion
(TCI) mode.
The malfunction was identified in the TCI Software Code version 4.1b. Devices with Serial Numbers 20133013 to 20942416 and Software Version: rev 4.0d or 4.1b are concerned.
