Biosense Webster / Johnson & Johnson Medical has issued an urgent Field Safety Notice on PentaRay NAV catheters. Some devices from specific lots may show an insufficient bond of the distal tip to the catheter shaft. This now applies for all lots. The manufacurer is initiating a voluntary urgent device recall for such products.
