Corrective action of Dade Behring for Thromborel S (lot number 505696B, 505696C, 505697B, 505697C, 505698B, 505699B, 505699C, 505699D, 505701B and 505701C). Certain ISI values provided from the manufacturer for Sysmex CA 500 series analysers are erroneous and may cause falsely increased INR values. Customers were informed about the problem and advised to use the corrected values.
