Corrective action of Lifescan for One Touch Basic / Profile (lot numbers 272894A, 2619932 and 2606340) and One Touch Ultra (lot numbers 2691191) test strips for monitoring of blood glucose because of counterfeit test strips with potentially improper function. Customers were informed about the problem and the measures to be taken. At the moment it cannot be excluded that the counterfeit test strips are also distributed in Germany .
