Recall and Corrective Action of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc. for ADVIA Chemistry Systems Triglyceride Reagent (REF 09580156, PN B01-4133-01) because of decreased linearity. The customers were informed about the problem and requested to discard the affected lots. As a preventive measure the shelf life of two lots that meet current performance claims were reduced. The linearity of these lots will continue to monitor.
