Siemens AG has issued a Safety Notice concerning Leonardo Workstation with InSpace 3D and software VB30B. If volume data are reconstructed based on an acquisition series that was acquired with a patient orientation other than “Head first – Supine”, the resulting slice images show wrong orientation labels. A software update is planned.
