The company Hocoma AG has issued a Field Safety Notice to its customers about the possible risk to patients due to usage of different software versions on Lokomat Systems with the Pediatric Module. Affected are Lokomat Systems which have one of the older software versions Lokocontrol installed and used in addition to the current software version V5.0x. There is the risk that unwanted changes of settings for training with the Pedriatic Module can occur in your Lokomat system in certain constellations of installed software versions. These changes pose a risk to the patients and might possibly lead to injuries.
