Philips Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of HeartStart MRx monitor/defibrillators M3535A, M3536A, M3536J and M3536MC. Related to primary ECG configuration the Instructions for Use are amended by an addendum with more detailed information on the synchronized cardioversion using external paddles and the behavior in case of a dropped ECG lead.
