Welch Allyn Ltd. has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the external defibrillator PIC 50. To minimize the likelihood of a loss of the ability to view the ECG and other vital signs due to a possible disconnection of the display cable to its circuit board users are advised to perform the routine checks according to the instructions in the User’s Manual.
