Philips Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice on a problem in the scheduling function of the Philips Intellivue Clinical Information Portfolio Releases D.03, E.0 und E.01.
Edits to an order that are performed at the same time that the product is generating new pending interventions for the next 24 hours for existing orders can lead to the creation of extra pending interventions in error.
