Philips Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the Philips Invivo Expression MRI Patient Monitoring System. During transport of the system’s cart a front caster (wheel) may become loose and fall off. If this occurs, there is the risk that the cart will become unbalanced and fall. All affected devices will have a locking compound applied that secures the casters in place.
