Philips Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of HeartStart MRx M3536A defibrillator/monitor. Devices with R.01.00, R.02.00 and R.03.01 English software versions can unexpectedly power cycle (reboot) during startup. Installation of an updated software will remedy the problem.
