Tyco Healthcare recalls special model numbers of Tracheosoft Perc™, Tracheosoft Perc Lanz™ and Sealguard™ Tracheosoft™ Perc™ percutaneous tracheostomy tubes. In some cases the fixation of the cannula may loosen holding the risk of respiratory insufficiency or apnoea.
