Again Smiths Medical Int. Ltd. Recalls another lot of the Portex Blue Line Ultra Tracheostomy Sets from the market. In the affected lot unfenestrated and fenestrated cannulas were mixed-up. The current recall is the third recall of lots of these tracheostomy sets in this year which is based on the mix-up of fenestrated and unfenestrated cannulas.
