Terumo Europe N.V. has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a problem with Accessory Packs used in with extracorporal circuit Terumo ROCsafe. An inversion of the inlet and outlet tubing lines mounted on the Flexible Venous Reservoir was detected. Terumo recalls the affected products.
