KG has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the power cord 3113.3659 or 0223.2824 shipped along with the mobile operating tables Alphaclassic, Alphastar, Betastar and Alphamaxx. The power cords, only suitable for use with devices of protection class II, may be faulty in such a way as to enable them also to plug in devices of protection class I. The power cords have to be checked.
