Maquet has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the Medical Ceiling Supply Units Alpha-Port, M-Carrier and M-Lifting. Due to a wire fixing issue at the back of the Komos electric socket the wires can be loose during use. There is the risk of power off to the device that is connected and powered by this socket. The affected electric sockets will be corrected.
