The manufacturer Invacare GmbH informs its customers about a corrective action in connection with the shower and toilet chair Aquatec Ocean VIP, Aquatec Ocean VIP XL, Aquatec Ocean Dual VIP, Aquatec Ocean E-VIP. Affected are products with production date from October 2012 to April 2013 (serial number 14395471-14556826 or 12L04001901 to 13E04002959). There is a risk that some of the snap-on fixtures do not withstand the required pull out force.
