Chad Therapeutics Inc. initiated a recall of its Sequoia Oxymatic OM-311 and OM-312 electronic oxygen conservers manufactured in December 2004 and January 2005. These devices may have been manufactured with shot size measurements that are below the manufacturing specifications and need to be recalibrated.
