In January 2007, GE Healthcare informed all user of Innova 2100IQ ,3100/3100IQ and 4100/4100IQ systems about the potential of unintended gantry motion initiated by inadvertent use of Smart Box controller. This can be happen especially during patient load/unload, when operator is leaning against the gantry controller joystick. A corrective action is planned.
