GE Healthcare has issued a customer letter about the risk of sudden table drop on Omega IV and Omega V tables on Advantx-E as well as on Innova 2000, 2100IQ, 3100/3100IQ und 4100/4100IQ cardiovascular X-ray systems. Only tables, which were manufactured between July 2003 and January 2007, are affected by this issue.
