GE Healtcare has issued a safety notice about correktive actions concerning Revolution XR/d and Definium 8000 X-ray systems. Light X-ray images with reported mAs readings higher than was actually exposed to the patient can occur. Occurrence is limited to the first exposure after the focal spot is switched from small to large.
