Philips Medizin Systeme GmbH has issued a Safety Notice concerning MX 4000, MX 4000 Dual and MX 6000 Dual CT scanners. The manufacturer became aware of the potential problem that the R-Host computer could detach of its mounting during the gantry rotor rotation. A corrective action is planned.
