GE Healthcare has issued an Information concerning a corrective action of the cardiovascular X-ray systems Avantx-E, Innova 2000, Innova 2100IQ, Innova 3100/3100IQ, Innova 4100/4100IQ and Innova 2121IQ/3131IQ that have Mavig LCD monitor suspensions. Due to two potential conditions associated with the installation the monitor suspensions will be inspected and if necessary, the mechanical connection will be corrected and the internal cabling will be re-routed.
