Philips Healthcare has issued a field safety notice to iSite PACS. It can lead to incorrect scout lines and localizer crosshair display at 3.5.x MPR generated images. With the Customer Information letter dated February 2008, BfArM Case No:0764/08, the customers were informed again about the possibility to break off the MPR--Multi-Planar Reformation function.
