Siemens Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a problem with Axiom Artis systems with 30x40cm2 flat detector and software version VB31D. Under certain conditions, it can happen that the system switches over to the emergency fluoroscopy mode for about 50 seconds.
