Safety Notice for BV Pulsera and Endura, Philips

Philips Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning the X-ray Imaging Systems Pulsera and Endura release 2. Due to the extended C-arm rotation option the rotation brake does not always functions properly. The corrective action will be a mechanical improvement of the c-arm brake.
