Philips Healthcare has issued a field safety notice concerning MultiDiagnost Eleva X-ray systems with flat detector and System release 4.1.3 or higher. Users are informed about the limited functionality of the X-Ray tube grid in fluoro mode at voltages higher then 115kV. Corrective actions are planned.
