Safety Notice for Definium 5000, GE Healthcare

GE Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning Definium 5000 X-ray system. There is the potential that an exposure taken with Automatic Exposure Controll (AEC) may fail to terminate and continue until the backup timer terminates the exposure. The AEC circuit board will be replaced on all affected systems.
