Siemens Healthcare has issued an information regarding an incident in relation to Axiom Artis systems VB22, VB23, VB30 and VB31. In rare cases communication problems with the collimator can occur due to indifferent bonding. To avoid the described problem, a revised bonding will be preventively installed in all potentially affected systems, independently from exchange of the collimator.
