Another Safety Notice for Innova 2100IQ, 3100IQ and 4100IQ, GE Healthcare

In March 2010 GE Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a software failure affecting Innova 2100IQ, 3100IQ and 4100IQ cardiovascular x-ray systems. This letter was annulled in Germany in April 2010 and replaced by an amended version. This version contains instructions how the problem can be avoided.
