Siemens Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a recall of the multifunctional Handle OptiGrip for AXIOM Luminos TF and Sireskop SD Systems. The modified version of the handle resists fluid from entering the OptiGrip and prevents malfunction.
