Philips has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning specific serial numbers of CT System Brilliance iCT (Heavyweight). There is a potential of an electrical shock for the Field Service Engineer when he activate the latching mechanism which in turn has the potential to damage cabling which carries 277VAC.
