GE Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning sensor cables used with InstaTrak 3500, InstaTrak 3500Plus, ENTrak, ENTrak Plus and InstaTrak 3000. All sensor cables have been validated for sterilization in the STERRAD 100S sterilizer and Ethylene Oxide sterilizers only.
