Philips has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a failure with the Auto Delete function on GEMINI TF 16 and 64 PET/CT Systems with software versions 3.5.1 and 3.5.1.1. Raw data could be deleted, before images are reconstructed. A software update is planned.
