AGFA Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning the detector cable for DX-D 10G, DX-D 10C, DX-D 20G and DX-D 20C digital detectors. When the cable is damaged due to excessive bending/twisting or mistreatment, a short circuit and excessive heat may develop. Warning labels were provided.
