GE Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a software update required for Innova 2121IQ and Innova 3131IQ X-ray systems. When a LIH (last image hold) functionality is requested and a short fluoroscopy exposure (stopping fluoroscopy exposure within 2 seconds) is started without waiting for the display of the LIH (last image hold) in review monitor, there is a potential for loss of imaging which requires a restart of the system.
