GE Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning potential inaccurate measurements on GE magnified images, acquired on Senographe 2000D Mammography systems with Magstand, when reviewed on a workstation or PACS that is not capable to interpret the GE coding for the Imager Spacing tag. A software update is not currently planned.
