Philips has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning the replacement of stereo clutch of the Gantry required on MammoDiagnost DR X-ray systems. If the unit makes an abnormal noise or moves unexpectedly when switching between diagnostic and stereo mode, the stereo unit must be removed from service.
