Varian Medical Systems has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a problem by using Varian Treatment´s Couch Value Propagation feature with Siemens linear accelerators. Affected Devices are Varian Treatment (V&R) software for Siemens-linear accelerators, with versions 6.6.5034, 6.6.5042, 6.6.5043, 6.6.5046 und 6.6.5048.
