TomoTherapy Incorporated has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the linear accelerator systems Hi Art. During DICOM Export of images with non square Field of View (FOV) a software anomaly may cause shifts with respect to regions of interest (ROIs) and dose. With Hi Art software version 4.1 and HD software version 1.1 and later the issue will be remedied.
