LAP GmbH Laser Applikationen has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the software CARINAsim and CARINAiso for laser systems DORADO. In chapter 8.6 of the operating instructions CARINAsim MAN-1236 Rev. 2 and CARINAiso MAN-1237 Rev. 2 two safety-relevant errors have been found. The operating instructions are replaced each by revison 3 which has been corrected.
